Visual Volume Visual Volume is an auditioned ensemble that represents Poca High School in a variety
of community, festival, and competitive events. The group is comprised of 40 singer/dancers, 10 instrumentalists, and 6 stage
crew. Visual Volume consistently places in Finals and has received numerous
Superior ratings, caption awards and Grand Championships. In 2009, Visual Volume was 1st Runner Up Overall at Portsmouth,
2nd Runner Up Overall at Hanover, 2nd Runner Up Overall at Cabell Midland, and Grand Champions Overall at the ARTS
Festival and the WVMEA State Show Choir Festival. Visual Volume also won captions awards for Best Vocals, Best Choreography,
Best Band, Best Instrumental Soloist, Best Costumes, Best Female Soloist, and Best Show Design. Under the direction of Joseph Kincaid and choreography by Brooke Smolder and Joseph Kincaid please
