DIRECTORS
Joseph Kincaid	Joseph Kincaid is the director of two show choirs at Poca High School, Visual Volume (mixed) and Music in Motion (girls). This is his 6th year at Poca High School. Joseph has a B.A. degree in Music Education K-12 from the University of Charleston with a major in voice and a minor in piano. Mr. Kincaid has studied voice with world renowned opera singer Renee Conlin and Debrah Lucas. He taught instrumental music at Hurricane High School before coming to Poca.  In 2009, Mr. Kincaid became a National Board Certified Teacher in EAYA Vocal Music.  Joseph is currently residing in Teays Valley, Wv.
Brooke Smolder	Brooke Bailey Smolder is the choreographer for Visual Volume and Music in Motion. She  holds a B.A. in Education, P.E. K-12, Math 5-9, anda masters degree in Athletic Administration from Marshall University.  Brooke currently is Marshall University's dance team coach.
